Our Story
The seeds of success story were sown way back in 1952 by Mr.Gordhanbhai Patel, grandfather of Mr. Ronak Patel, the present Founder & Chairman of Ansh Organisation. He had ventured in the business of distribution of world famous teak wood (known as saag) lots of which were bought from the forests of Dang in Gujarat, assorted in lots according to size and quality and the material was sold to various parts of Gujarat.

In 1965, when Shri Ghanshyam Patel, his father joined business, Jalaram Saw Mill was started at Anand and diversification in business was introduced. Stockist and Dealer in famous ACC and Kamal Cement and dealership in corrugated sheets were the new ventures which turned out to be great successful business propositions.
In 1989, an attractive offer of land from a friend further inspired Mr. Ghanshyam Patel to scale new heights. He bought and developed that land and built good quality economy houses in a colony named “Shantivan” with 42 houses at Karamsad to the utmost satisfaction of their buyers. A founder member of Lions, an ace social worker, Ex MD of Vidyanagar Commercial Cooperative Bank Ghanshyambhai worked relentlessly in these fields and completed many housing projects in Mogri, Anand, Karamsad and Vallabh Vidyanagar in later years.
In 2011, the moment of glory came in when Shri Ronak Patel, son of Shri Ghanshyam Patel established the construction company, Ansh Organisation which has engraved its name as one of the fastest growing construction companies in Gujarat. The first offer came from Cadila Healthcare Limited to plan and build their six-storeyed Admin Building with sitting capacity of 250 at Ankleshwar. The work awarded to Ansh was time-bound and challenging. The challenge was accepted and the building was constructed 28 days before target date for which Cadila management recognised Ansh Organisation with an Award for Best Quality and Before Time Completion. Many more projects were completed thereafter which are shown in our Milestones section.
